The Retribution Fuzz – Versatile High-Gain Fuzz Pedal

The Retribution Fuzz is a high-gain fuzz pedal developed as an evolution of the now-discontinued Absolution Fuzz. Designed to expand on the original circuit, it delivers greater tonal flexibility while retaining the heavy character and low-end authority players loved.

At its core, the Retribution Fuzz features the same bass boost switch found on the Absolution, allowing you to reinforce low frequencies for thicker, heavier tones. In addition, it introduces dual tone circuits controlled by a single tone knob. A dedicated toggle switch lets you select between the two tone voices, dramatically changing the EQ response.

This design allows the Retribution Fuzz to move easily from massive, mid-scooped fuzz tones to a flatter, more drive-like EQ that cuts through a mix. Whether you’re chasing huge walls of fuzz or tighter, more controlled gain, the pedal remains responsive and musical across its range.

The Retribution Fuzz is housed in a durable enclosure designed for regular stage and studio use. Built with reliability in mind, it integrates easily into modern pedalboards and demanding setups.

Powered by a standard 9V negative-center power supply (not included), the Retribution Fuzz fits seamlessly into any rig.
